The mpls-linux-1.1xx code (you can only get it via CVS) allows you
to set EXP bits and forward the packet to different LSPs based on
the nfmark on the packet.  IP tables has the ability change the nfmark on
packets via the MARK target.

The patch you are refering to was created by Olivier.  Much of his work
has been added to mpls-linux-1.1xx, therefore you wouldn't need that patch.
