mpls-linux-1.0 works on 2.4.13.

the beta mpls-linux-1.126 works on 2.4.17.  This is VERY beta code and
contains LOTs of changes (for instance you use iptables to bind a FEC
to an LSP :-)  The only way to get the beta is to grab the correct versio=
n
from the mpls-linux CVS (i think the tag is mpls-linux_1_126)
