[mpls-linux-general] A problem

Hi all,
I just downloaded the ldp-portable-0.060 and
mpls-linux-1.0,I have redhat 7 and I get linux kernel
2.4.13
and I did 6 steps that said in quick.start,but I 
dont know how configure linux kernel to turn on MPLS,
where is menuconfig?
please give me more details.Thanks
