First, off.  I'm glad you're interested in MPLS for Linux, especially in

The first thing you will want to do it update to kernel 2.4.13 and download
mpls-linux-1.1.tar.gz from the MPLS for Linux project page.  NOTE:
I haven't posted mpls-linux-1.1.tar.gz yet.  I will make an attempt
to do so tomorrow morning.
