Well what can do is:

make a diff between (linux-2.4 + RSVP-TE MPLS patch) and (linux 2.4 + MPLS 0.990)

and apply (patch) it to (linux-2.4 + MPLS 0.993)

Not sure how clean it will patch...

Let me know how it went if you are going for it.
