I am using rh7 and linux 2.4.6. 

I tried to patch and whatever failed I added manually. 
Where are the definitions of the following in the kernel or iproute patches 
due to which the kernel is not compiling. 

1) where is ECHO defined as used in  __PF(ECHO, echo) (iproute patch)?
2) where is "struct mpls_label" defined as used in 
linux/include/net/mpls.h (kernel patch).
