turn on the debug by doing :
# mplsadm -d

rexecute the mplsadm command and look at the /var/log/messages file. You
see the execution of the different command and error in case of. I think
you miss to set a route for the outgoing fec. You must do :

# route add -host 192.168.0.3/32 gw 192.168.0.3
