No RSVP-TE (yet).  I have talked to a couple of people who were interested
in doing the work (I don't have time) but I haven't herd from any of them
in quite a while.

If anyone is out there working on RSVP-TE, let me know :-)

As for Ethereal decoding RSVP-TE, yes it can decode RSVP-TE.
