I grabbed the lastest RSVP code from http://www.isi.edu/div7/rsvp/

It compiles on Linux (if you apply the linux-tc patch kit).  It still nee=
ds
TE extensions and a command line interface, but the core is there.

You are probably refering to the Nortel CR-LDP encode and decode function=

Their code is at the base of ldp-portable (lib/ldp_nortel.[ch]) ;-)
