[mpls-linux-general] help! MPLS project

Hi all,
my name is Jodie , I'm from El Salvador.
I have to do an MPLS project for the university, and Im working with your
documentations but I had so many troubles with it. I dont know what to do.
I tried to used the debian kernel 2.6.32.5  but I always have problems when
I compiled it.
I tried with slackware, and supposedly works well, has mpls support for
IPV4 and IPV6... but when I used the mpls commands the computer always
hangs up!
I need something that works well, i need to do at least deploy a network
transport MPLS in IP and IPv6.
As extras can include traffic engineering, VPNs, other transport protocols,
interfacing with proprietary technologies, etc..

there is any other form to do this?
please I need help!
