[mpls-linux-general] Please help me about my final project

i'm deni yulianti. i've problem in my final project because using flow control. 
can you give me suggest what should i choose leaky bucket (LB), jumping window 
(JW), triggering jumping windows (TJW) and Token bucket (TB) or Adaptive Rate 
Control (ARC), sliding windows and start stop to flow control in mpls sir??
 i use mpls-linux in fedora core 5 operating system (mpls-linux-1.955).. and 
have you script about these flow control... and then is that flow control can 
control sum of traffic or what?? i still don't understand if  it make real in 
mpls network simulation.... but i understand theory  it...
please help me sir...
