[mpls-linux-general] ldpd can't launch

hello everone:
 
I have compiled ldp-portable/quagga-mpls.diff to fedora 6,
i have compliled sucessfully.
i can launch zebra,bgpd,but i can.'t ldpd.

[root@localhost /]# service ldpd start 
启动 ldpd：[确定]
[root@localhost /]# telnet 127.0.0.1 2610
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: connect to address 127.0.0.1: Connection refused
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

i don't know what reason?
