[mpls-linux-general] MPLS on satellite-net IP layer-net

hi to all,
i have to port the experiment MPLS for Linux: IPv4 over MPLS: two LER
example for mpls-linux-1.95x
in a satellite-net that it work only in IP layer.. no Ethernet

In my net the experiment work but to use the satellite i've try to create a
tunnel ip-ip between the two LER,
tunnel works, i but i can't
ping HOST A and HOST B.. without tunnel, MPLS work..
MPLS work only in a second level?
Do you know how can be possible the porting?
