No, you're not missing anything.  It has been a while since I've
touched the EoMPLS code so I'm thinking there was some bit rot on the
ebtables side of things.  I'm going to start testing my Fedora 10 RPMs
in the coming week, as part of that testing I will validate that EoMPLS
is working (or fix it :-)
