Hello Fred, When you really get into the guts of MPLS, it has nothing to do with DiffServ or QoS. MPLS just provides you a mechanism to make your decisions at the edge of the network and then at any future point along the LSP impose orthogonal traffic management by look just at the LSP or the EXP bits. What this means to MPLS-Linux is that it plays well with Linux traffic management system (TC). MPLS-Linux ILM and NHLFEs can have 'instructions' to mark packets in ways that the TC system can use to make queuing decisions. In addition it can use the marks made by TC or other systems to make MPLS forwarding decisions. At this time I do not know of any major MPLS-Linux bugs. If you find one, bring it to the lists attention.
