Hello Luca, The main difference is that the commands differ (mpls command switches, iptables switches, etc). The live cds don't work on newer PC because the new PCs might be using SATA CD/DVD-ROMs (which are not supported). If you can enable a 'Paralel ATA compatibility mode' in your BIOS, you might get away with it... I know Cristian Chirilov remastered and generated a newer version of the live CD (with quagga support), but I don't know if it's still available. Cristi, can you help us out with a copy? Adrian.
