Nope.  Please provide details such as any back-traces (translated against y=
our
debug RPM) log file output, diagram of your network, and steps to reproduce.
Hopefully, that will be enough for me to reproduce.  If not, I'll need
additional details, but lets start with this.

In the meantime I'll setup my testbed for link up/down testing and see what=
 I
can find.
