[mpls-linux-devel] ldp-portable update

Just a quick note to anyone who is working with LDP portable and
quagga-mpls from my development tree, you will want to update your
ldp-portable and quagga-mpls trees.

I have been doing some significant bug hunting that fixes many
of the outstanding issues with quagga-mpls and it's use of ldp-portable.
