[mpls-linux-devel] help need to download the mpls-linux kernel 2.4

Hi,
I need the mpls-linux kernel 2.4 version.. I found the same at http://prdow=
nloads.sourceforge.net/mpls-linux/kernel-2.4.18-27.8.0+mpls1.172.src.rpm?us=
e_mirror=3Djaist..

But its not downloaded properly.. i gooled a lot but with no result....
and im not sure 2.4 version supports Qos ..

Can anybody help me regarding this???
