Thanks for the reply. 

I meant, "what if the traffic flowing thru an LSP (all
of a sudden) increases beyond what the LSP can allow
/support ?".How will this increase in traffic be
routed  in the MPLS network ?

For the incoming traffic if additional bandwidth is
needed, what happens then ?

I hope  I have stated the question clearly now.
