Hi, is there a way to let mplayerplug-in play movies with there original size without scaling when? this is most anoing than playing movies not embeded in a website. there the video is scaled to the size of the mozilla window, without keeping the aspect ratio. try this to get an idea: http://imgsrc.hubblesite.org/hu/db/1998/14/videos/a/formats/low_quicktime.mov thanks, j |

> set > prefer-aspect=1 almoust :-) that will scale the image to the x value of the window. that way i only see a portion of the movie. what i liked better was to not scale the movie at all if its in NP_FULL mode. working on a patch for that. any idea how to center that in the mozilla window? like the quicktime plugin? j |

a patch with two new options, default values are: scaling=1 fileonly_embed=1 so no changes if you do not use them. to use them: # disable scaling scaling=0 # open direct movie urls in an extra window. fileonly_embed=0 j |

J, ok I submitted this patch to CVS... I did make one change... I changed the .conf option from fileonly_embed to fileonly-embed so that it is consistant with the rest of the options.
