which flags are required in mplayer configure for mplayerplug-in to work?

      None are required...

But I use these when building mine.

      ./configure --enable-freetype --realcodecsdir=/home/kdekorte/cvs/mplayer/rp9code
      cs --prefix=/usr --enable-win32 --enable-xvmc --enable-xmms --with-extraincdir=/
      usr/include/X11 --enable-lirc

mplayerplug-in stops after downloading and doesn't start to play
it worked while I was using distribution mplayer package
But now I've got this  mplayer config:

      ./configure --prefix=/usr --datadir=/usr/share/mplayer --enable-largefiles --disable-smb --enable-win32 --codecsdir=/usr/lib/codecs --disable-ftp --disable-network --disable-tv --disable-openal --disable-jack --disable-polyp --disable-esd --disable-ossaudio --disable-sdl --disable-arts --disable-md5sum --disable-pnm --disable-vidix-internal --disable-svga --disable-caca --disable-aa --disable-tga --disable-dga --disable-fbdev --enable-menu

Is it the fault of my config? or something in mplayer.conf?

Geesh.... have you tried with a simpler configure line? However, you will want to remove --disable-network and --disable-ftp and most of the others are probably not needed.
