Is it possible to crop a video so it fills up the entire screen?
Please note that I DON'T want to stretch the video, I really want to crop it.
This is because I have a 16:10 display, and I have some 16:9 movies which have black bars added to them to make them viewable on a 4:3 screen on some crappy players.
This means that when I turn off the aspect ratio, the movie gets squeezed, and I still have black bars. I just want to crop them off.
Is this possible? In VLC I just have to press C, but I haven't found a feature for this in Mplayer for Mac
