#38 Infinite loop, Freeze and Crash!

This is bugs report. Please check this.

---bug 1---

If the Setting is "Loop: Playlist", MPlayer WW will freeze(infinite loop) on condition of the following.

• The file(ex. japanese file > bug 4) or URL(http://zzzz...) do not exist.
• "PLS" All file does not exist.
• The folder is specified.

---bug 2---

It will crash, if two PLS are opened.

---bug 3---

If the full path of a folder is specified by "Open", a dialog will close.
Usually, the folder is opened.

---bug 4---

I want to correspond to a Japanese file name.
It does not open, even if it specifies a Japanese file by "Open" or "Add".
(Drops and "Add" of a playlist are No problem.)
