tested with: MEncoder Sherpya-SVN-r33883-4.2.5 (C) 2000-2011 MPlayer Team
Due to libav not supporting interlaced vc-1 atm I use wmv9dmod.dll in the codecs folder for decoding, which works fine unless one pipes the output via stdout to x264/or another encoder.
mencoder writes (with -really-quiet is enabled):
DMO dll supports VO Optimizations 0 1
DMO dll might use previous sample when requested
Decoder supports the following formats: YV12 YUY2 UYVY YVYU RGB8 RGB555 RGB565 RGB24 RGB32
Decoder is capable of YUV output (flags 0x1b)
posted a sample and example calls over at: http://doom10.org/index.php?topic=1847.0
would be nice if this could be fixed. (please disable all stdout messages when -really-quiet is enabled, so piping to external encoders is possible.
