#85 Ranges and Info Broken on MPEG1

All examples and attemtps to do ranges and even get info are come back with strange results. I have a 1 hour mpeg 1 that is reported 04:04:35.64s. ( hardware and software decoders correctly process the file as 1 hour ) All edits with ranges on the same file ( and various others ) ie mpgtx -s 1_NIGHT_1_004_0_3_1.MPG [01:00-02:00] are 1/4 the size they should be. Using the mpeg's actual timecode produces out of range errors. The files were created using various optibase hardware and software technologies.

We are very motivated to use this technology if someone could help produce a working chop on MPEG1 ( at least GOP level ) that would be awesome....
