#69 Delete first line of quote + word wrapping stops

Reply to a post so there is quoted text in the compose window.

Type a couple of lines of waffle in reply. Note word wrap works correctly.

Now go to the top of the article and delete the first line (the attribute line "BlaBlaBla said in artlcle <...> :" or whatever).

Note that the text you have typed is no longer wrapped.

Any new text is also not wrapped.

Add the attribute line back in again.

Any new text will now be wrapped.

Existing (unwrapped) lines do not wrap unless you type extra text on them.
