#4 not a bug - mpeg tools gui download

Not actually a bug, but the front page says this:

I couldn't find a compiled download anywhere for that (only the source at http://www.planet-source-code.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?txtCodeId=57976&lngWId=1, which looks like it might be updated from the version in your screenshot), so I got hold of VS6 and compiled it.

I then lost interest in tracking down windows binaries for all the command line tools it uses, but I thought I should upload it somewhere in case it is still helpful to someone.
