#1 big files

Hi,
I tried to use mpgcut on a 700+meg mpeg file, and it failed after some point. I guess the problem is with some kind of int/long int overflow related to the size of the file.
This should be quite easy to fix. I'll try to patch it myself.

I've been using mpgcut for windows since May this year with no major problems. I cut files that are over
1.7Gb without problems. The only minor problem is the end point accuracy. I may put in to cut till
2h-30min and it will actually cut to 2h and 27 min.
