#8 Skip #EXTM3U entries on playlists

Some media players still generate the playlist with EXTM3U entries, XMMS as an example, and such entries make mpg321 end with an error.

According to the lacking documentation I found EXTM3U is deprecated: http://www.gonze.com/playlists/playlist-format-survey.html#M3U

I've attached a patch that skips the EXTM3U entries of the playlist.
