Released a source-package of the 0.2 version.

In the 0.1 release, the structure's nodes wasted a lot of memory, but the algorithm was "straight forward". Soon a version, that wastes significantly less memory, will be released. On my Linux Box, the new version is faster than the 0.1 (Better caching, I suppose).
