#12 48kHz MPC goes worng with xmms-musepack-0.94-1plf

when playing mpc that was encoded from a 48kHz WAV
source, mppdec does fine, but the xmms plugin somehow
loses that information and seems to play 48 as 44kHz
without
resampling. Doesn't sound too well. Behaviour seen on
xmms-musepack-0.94-1plf. Behaviour not tested on
other versions since mppdec works and 48kHz is rare.
