#67 max-logins patch to disconnect duplicated connections

I needed an option for my pppoe server to replace/disconnect an existing connection if an user trys to do a new one, so I changed the way set auth max-logins work.

If the second or third argument to max-logins is "replace" it will search and disconnect the old connections. If not max-logins will behave the old way.

While this patch is so far stable for me, I'm not sure if its done in the right place (lcp.c).

Any comments?

Please descript what is your original problem you try to solve with this as the patch is unacceptable in its current form because of security issues.
