Navigation is down with arrow keys Return/Enter and b

Moving the cursor

The cursor can be move up and down with the Arrow keys
Up Arrow move the cursor up.
The down Arrow moves the cursor down.

Moving into a group

To move into a group just move the cursor over to the groups and press Return/Enter

Moving Back/Leaving A Group

To leave a group or going back is done by press the b key
