[Mpango-core] Sorry from Chris

I've been struggling to find time to devote to this project - I've not 
put in what I intended to, and I'm sorry.

It's not going to get better any time soon - I've a job (PHP) starting 
Tuesday, so learning and practising Java is going to have to go on the 
back burner.

Rather than continue not delivering, I think I should retire from the 
team at this point, and leave the board to whoever wants to pick it up.

I'll continue to lurk on the list for now, if that's ok. Good luck and 
have fun.
