[Mpango-core] Offline working

Hi Guys

I have been banging my head against this issue and have been unable to
resolve it.

When I have no internet connection, i get the issue described here.
http://samroyale.blogspot.com/2010/07/spring-schemas.html

However when I try including the spring.schemas to the META-INF it
appears to make no difference.

Anyone now how to make sure the the XSD are read from local?
