#8 mp3 to .mp4 muxing seems to be broken

it seems as the import of .mp3 streams into .mp4 is
broken in 1.0 rc2, as the output files cant be played
with a player that is supposed to handle mp3 streams in
mp4 (like the 3ivx dshow filters)
muxing mp3 into .mp4 with the latest mp4creator works
fine

i tried it with several different mp3 encodes (including
different samplerate, encoding modes (cbr, vbr,
mono/stereo), by using samples from this page:

which are all very short/small
