#10 mandatory ctts atom doesnt get created

mp4ui doesnt create the mandatory ctts atom when
importing video streams which use b-frames (note that i
am NOT talking about the packed bitstream issue here)

instead mp4ui creates a strange "co64" atom

i discussed this issue with bill may some time ago
(mp4creator doesnt create ctts when importing
from .avi, but only creates it when importing from raw)

i am not sure but i think this CO64 atom should be the STCO
atom, which mp4ui also doesnt create
(at least it seems that on one sample i tried mp4ui's co64
atom and mp4creators stco atom are identical)
