All of my videos were ripped with Handbrake using the same settings. One of them, when joined, started getting re-encoded. I have that option turned OFF. There is no explanation in the UI, and as you can see from the attached screen shot, the alert has a title that is truncated. I don't want to join any videos if that process requires re-encoding. That defeats the purposes. It's a safe bet that if a 2-part video was ripped, they were ripped with the same exact settings and should not require re-encoding, right?
In this example, the preview said the output file should be 747 MB. But the result was only 577 MB. This tells me that there was extreme data loss during your re-encoding process and the join should be considered a failure.
MP4Joiner can join mp4 files without re-encoding only if all files are compatible. If some of streams have different resolution, aspect ratio or frame rate, they need to be re-encoded before joining.
The problem seems to be the 4th stream in your files. It's detected as video with different resolution.
