Converted file seen as Movie not TV episode?

After upgrading to the latest version it seems MANY of my converted files - even though I have selected TV Episode in the pre-conversion settings - my metadata tagging software is not picking this up. Prior to this I had zero problems like this. I also make sure that the filename format is consistent (tvshow-S01E01 etc), but this doesn't seem to matter. The other software (Subler) has not been upgraded recently so I'm wondering what if anything I am doing wrong or is it the newer MP4 tools version?

Dan, since my last post (12-days ago), unless an updated version of Mp4Tools has been released, the package is broken (64-bit) windows. It also appears this project may be temporarily abandoned due to a lack of response from any recognized project personnel; to this thread.
