Need options:
1) In "target file name" very need option "SourceDir\SourceFileName" with suboption "auto replace / rename if existing". For move converted AVI to same folder as original MOV with same name (with changed extension).
2) For option "many - > one AVI" need option "SourceDir\SourceFirstFileName-SourceLastFileName" for named converted AVI as first and last names of MOV's with dash.
3) Support more than 4 Gb files if possible (as many AVI HD h.264 movies in internet).
