I downloaded stable version and got a warning that some files were missing in my Windows10 system and probably needed to download anotherversion (full installer?).
This warning became clear when launching application, because a Windows error pops up (screenshot in attachment).

My problem is to know which version and where to download it .
Or must I take another action within Windows10 ?
