MP3Gain analyzes and losslessly adjusts mp3 files to a specified target volume.
It does not simply do peak amplitude normalization. Instead, it performs statistical analysis to determine how loud the file actually sounds to the human ear.

I don't see the point to have a choice between two downloads (normal version or the full version) since the normal version installer installs a MP3Gain that didn't work at all 'normally' , while the 'full version' setup worked ok.
I guess that the full version download will probably install a working MP3gain on all Windows PC 's
