I've been happily using Mp3Gain on my Linux box and my mum's pretty pink XP laptop for a while now, then I got the chance of buying a 2nd hand Alienware laptop, which although an XP vintage machine still looked over-qualified for use as an everyday pooter, so I bought it and played a lot of games.
Then I decided to get serious and transferred all my music stuff onto it, and it all runs fine except for, guess what?
"MP3Gain GUI has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
I can't find anyone else on here with this problem, and neither can I think of any satisfactory reason why it should happen, can anyone cleverer than me (And that's a pretty huge starting base) ID the problem?
There is just one little thing I've noticed. The b@$#@£d seems to have pinched 2 gigs of RAM before shipping it to me…
AMD Turion 64 ML-40
2.21 Ghz 2 GB RAM :(
…it says here
