#2 Add additional fields in ID3V2

[tsetse]

It would be helpful to have additional fields added in
the ID3V2 tagging fields such as composer, orig artist,
copyright,URL, encoded by. This would be more
convenient for adding or cleaning up the info using
MP3-Explorer rather than having to use another program
like Winamp.
