#7 embedded pictures, lyrics still not handled correctly

I upgraded from an older registered 4.x version to 5.1
in the hope that embedded pictures and lyrics would be
handled "correctly" now.

Apparently that doesn't work, at least for my
configuration: ID3v2.3 tags as iso-8859-1 and JPEG
images. I still use ID3v2.3 since not all programs will
correctly read ID3v2.4 and I do not currently need the
UTF-8 support (and do not use UTF-16).

I try to attach an MP3 that has an embedded picture
(JPEG 100x101 pixels) plus German lyrics (starting with
the code "deu||"). This is one example of many MP3s
that work beautifully with SpacialAudio's SAM
Broadcaster and, for instance, MP3Tag v2.36a.

Since I use MP3-Explorer now for so many years and
should very much like to continue using it, I should
very very much appreciate any bug fixes for this...

I'll also include some screen shots from other software
that shows how it *should* look like.
