#4 Default naming convention if no ID3 tag

It is possible that an ID3 tag may not exist in an MP3
file, or that it might be at the end of the file being
streamed. If an ID3 tag is not found for a file
(giving Track/Album/Artist information) then it would
be good to have a default method of determining this
information.

Possibly based on the file structure, eg:

... / Artist / Album / TrackName.mp3

Although the method of breaking up the information
would depend on the OS filesystem in use (maybe just
break on common delimiters, eg: '/' & '\' )
