#16 display of global shuffle mode not actualised on loading lst

When loaded from a playlist, Global shuffle mode is always displayed as unticked. Really minor bug though, cause deep inside everything works fine :

I can listen to a playlist with groups, say in allgroups mode. I want mp3blaster to shuffle through groups : when he is finished playing one, he chooses another one randomly and plays that group. So I tick "shuffle" box, and that works just fine.
If I now write that playlist, I get something like :

<GLOBAL PLAYMODE="allgroups" MODE="shuffle">
...
</GLOBAL>

But when I start mp3blaster anew and load that playlist, either manually, with -a or -l, the shuffle box is unticked (though mp3blaster shuffles though groups).
Display of group shuffles is not borken though, and display of shuffle mode is reactualised (& correct) as soon as the toggle key is pressed, or the user changes playlist view to a group and back to the global.
