... is a tool for locating and removing duplicated music files. It does not crash on corrupted files and normally suggests the best song from amongst the duplicates. It uses an incremental scanning strategy and uses relatively few system resources. MP3, Ogg, WMA, and AAC formats are supported. It allows specified directories to be defined as a master collection, and the state of the scanner can be saved to engage incremental scanning when the tool is used periodically. ID3 tag and data comparators are supported. An XML report can be produced. Duplicates are always moved to the destination folder and not deleted. This tool is designed for large collections of music with multiple input directories and multiple master (readonly) directories at the same time.
