Modified for latest SVN (core, dialogs and utils MP methods changed).
Author changed in the form too but, you can delete that, no matter.
Older code is commented with //fmu and modifications always follow so, it should be easier for you to find what was modified, if you want. :)
Items list is not sorted and I did'nt find how to.
